Parcels need to be signed for in person, so please ensure you give the delivery address for the place you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not there, our courier company will leave a calling card for you to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

*Orders placed after 3pm Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Orders placed prior to a Bank Holiday weekend will be delivered two days after the Bank Holdiay.
**Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT, so 20% is removed from your order at checkout. Any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the customer’s responsibility.
We offer a 14 day return period for unworn purchases. This excludes pierced jewellery, which cannot be returned in the interest of hygiene. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags and all original wrapping must be in tact, for example the jewellery box and ribbon. See full returns policy information
Look after your jewellery by:
Removing it before coming into contact with water, or harmful chemicals like detergents, hairspray, perfumes and lotions.
Avoid knocking it on hard surfaces.
Polish it with a soft cloth to maintain its original lustre
Store individually, in either the original packaging or a soft patch to keep it from getting scratched or tangled.
