Parcels need to be signed for in person, so please ensure you give the delivery address for the place you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not there, our courier company will leave a calling card for you to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

We offer a 14 day return period for unworn purchases. This excludes pierced jewellery, which cannot be returned in the interest of hygiene.
